Shipping Policy

1.  Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver to all states within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after payment
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working

3.  Delivery Time

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2-5 working days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5-7 working days
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays, weather conditions).

4.  Shipping Fees

  • Shipping Rate :
    • Peninsular Malaysia (Within West Malaysia)
      • 1 to 3 kg: RM8 – RM15
      • 4 to 5 kg: RM16 – RM25
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
    • 1 to 3 kg: RM15 – RM30
    • 4 to 5 kg: RM35 – RM50

5.  Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or
